Artwork Specifications
Most Customers Submit Artwork By Email
Send us your artwork and the information you would like on your label. Detailed requests will ensure the label proof reflects your ideas.
If you have specific PMS numbers for your colors please list them.
Once you have all your information, simply email it to sales@virginiaartesian.com.
Artwork FILES
Please send your art as vector (line art) when possible. These file names normally end in “.ai” or “.eps”. Fonts need to be converted to paths/outlines.
If sending .tif or .jpg files, please be aware that these formats can not be manipulated. The resolution should be 300 dpi or greater.
LABEL LAYOUT
If the label is a full bleed, allow at least .125" bleed on all four sides of the label.

The label proof is normally available in 5 business days. If we do not have the vector (line art) artwork files then label creation time may be longer.

Art/Print Mat Charges
Digital printed labels (Normally Quantities under 7,000).
One time set up fee of $100.00.
Flexo printed labels (Normally Quantities over 7,000).
$75 print mat fee per color.
